ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ချက် (၁၃၈၁ ခုနှစ်၊ နတ်တော်လဆန်း ၁ ရက်) (၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၂၇ ရက်) ၁။ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာသူများကိစ္စနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဂမ်ဘီယာနိုင်ငံသည် အစ္စလာမ်မစ် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးအဖွဲ့(OIC)ကိုယ်စား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာတရားရုံး(ICJ)၌ တရားစွဲဆိုခဲ့ပါသည်။ ကုလသမဂ္ဂပဋိညာဉ်စာချုပ်အရ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအပါအဝင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတိုင်းသည် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ တရားရုံး၏ အဖွဲ့ဝင်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဤကိစ္စသည် နိုင်ငံ၏အကျိုးစီးပွား၊ နိုင်ငံသူ၊ နိုင်ငံသားအားလုံး၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားဖြစ်၍ နိုင်ငံတော်၏ အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ကိုယ်တိုင် ဦးဆောင်၍ ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ၂။ လူမျိုးပြုန်းတီးစေမှု(Genocide)ဆိုသည်မှာ လူမျိုးတစ်မျိုးကိုဖြစ်စေ၊ လူစုတစ်စုကိုဖြစ်စေ၊ သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်း၊ ပြုန်းတီးခြင်းဟူ၍ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရပါသည်။ ဤကိစ္စသည် ယဉ်ကျေးသည့် ကမ္ဘာသူ၊ ကမ္ဘာသား လူသားစုတစ်ရပ်လုံးက တားဆီးကာကွယ်ရမည့်ကိစ္စဖြစ်၍ အလေးထားဆောင်ရွက် ခဲ့ရာ စတင်လက်မှတ် ရေးထိုးခဲ့သည့် Read More…
